THREE DREAMS CARRYING KEYS FOR TRANSITIONING INTO THE GREATER GLORY SEASON

I am so grateful for the word of the Lord that comes as a wilderness guide in new and uncharted waters and I love to posture myself before the Lord in these seasons like a child asking “What are you saying? What are you doing? Where are you taking us? What’s on your heart Lord? What grieves you? What do you love?” and all these years later my heart is so undone by the kindness of God that He wants to be friends with us and share His heart with us in this way.

From that desire, He always speaks, especially in dreams and in the last week I had three dreams that God gave me that speak into this season. They highlight the things on the Lord's heart, warnings, and where He is taking us. I hope this encourages you!

THE HEART-SCAPE PREPARES THE LANDSCAPE

I had a dream I was in a hospital ward full of people who were connected to IV machines and as I got closer to them I saw that they weren’t sick or diseased but malnourished, tired, and depleted from the season and the doctors and nurses were giving them nutrients, vitamins, and oxygen that was bringing them back into a place of strength, vigor, hope, and passion. But what I was drawn to the most was that they were connected to the ECG machine monitoring their heart-rate and next to them was a digital clock that said 0:00 and the patients kept looking at it wondering when they could leave. My lasting impression of the dream came in a phrase I heard “The heart-scape prepares the landscape”.

What is God saying?:

  • You have been in a time so much change, transition, opposition, and warfare and God has been counteracting that by intentionally focussing on dealing with the things that have warred against your heart. Hurts, betrayal, and the heartache of breaking away from the past season. Its taken a huge toll but God is getting your heart back to a healthy place again.
  • The tiredness, weariness, and fatigue has caused your passion to wane in the process but God is right now REFILLING, and REFUELING you, restoring your STRENGTH, HOPE, and PASSION! 
  • Your doctor Holy Spirit is right now FILLING YOU AFRESH!
  • God is preparing your heart for a season not of hope-deferred but of hope FULFILLED so HE is actually INCREASING your capacity to believe Him for more. He is wiping away the discouragement of not seeing promises fulfilled in your past season and causing you to have a freshness and joy as you step into the breakthrough in front of you.
  • Yes its been a waiting, but like the clock that read 0:00, once God is done with you it will be a BRAND NEW DAY! So embrace the heartscape because it literally prepares the new landscape in front of you!

“You satisfy my every desire with good things, You’ve supercharged my life so that I soar again like a flying eagle in the sky!” Psalm 103:5

FOUNDATIONS & FIRE

In this dream I was in my backyard when I saw a few snakes at the boundary of our property so I crushed them under my feet, but as I did I saw that there was a concrete slab foundation in the property behind us which I knew was our land also (Which is interesting because the property behind us is not part of our property). I looked at the slab and I was very protective because it was obvious that this was going to be a very important building we were going to build. Suddenly the thought came into my mind “Why are there snakes here in winter?” then I looked for where they were coming from and I could see that they were crawling up out from the foundation where they were hidden in hibernation. Surrounding the slab were positioned many bonfires burning and it was the heat from these bonfires that had drawn out the snakes so we walked around killing the snakes until there were none left or were chased away.

What is God saying?:

  • In all of the change happening God has been laying new foundations and resetting the foundations of your life so that what He builds in you this season will be healthy and strong and able to support the weight and glory He lays upon it.
  • He has been reigniting the fires of hearts, intimacy, friendship with Him where passion and love was lost through painful situations. There’s a fresh blaze coming to your life where you have felt like there’s only been a flickering flame!
  • The FIRE of God has been purifying and refining us, clearing away the junk and overheads that are only distractions for moving forward, and exposing the snakes that the enemy has been trying to conceal and hide in the foundations of this new thing God is doing in you. 
  • God is removing religious mindsets/belief systems that aren’t conducive to build on.
  • These snakes are the carry-over of pain and hurts from people and circumstances that left alone would eventually erupt tearing apart what God has been building. The enemy has wanted to poison and taint the PURE flow beginning to pour into you but it wont prosper!
  • FEAR wont be imbedded in the floor level of your new season, NO, you will go forward in faith, expectancy, and joy! 
  • I felt that these snakes were an assignment of words, accusations, judgement and witchcraft that wanted to operate stealthily to subtly rob you, frustrate you, muzzle you, confuse you, and distract you. God is cutting off the heads of these assignments against your life where the enemy has had access. No more will they have entry to surveil you, slowly steal your peace, and rob your vision in Jesus name!
  • God is revealing the sources of these slow poison releasers so that you can cancel the contracts, in fact God will keep blessing you and building you in front of the enemy! Haha!
  • Even though you may not have noticed it - God has been increasing your TERRITORY and clearing your land in preparation for what’s to come. Your tent pegs have stretched out wider and you haven’t even been aware of it!
  • GOD IS DOING A GOOD THING IN YOU! HE IS BUILDING THE HOUSE!

“Because the LORD revealed their plot to me, I knew it, for at that time he showed me what they were doing” Jeremiah 11:18

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows” Psalm 23:5

THE STATION OF TRANSITION & THE GLORY TRAIN

This dream was by far the most powerful of the three. There aren’t many times in my life I have woken up still shaking under the power of God but I did from this dream. Gods weighty Glory was upon me as I dreamed it. In the dream Christy, I, and our girls were on a Gold train that was travelling to a destination where we had a mission from the Father to accomplish. I have had many dreams and visions over the last 5 years of GLORY-TRAINS and while they represent many different facets of Gods purposes, they are all transporters that usher us, the Body of Christ from one measure of glory to another. I have seen glory trains over regions ushering in revival, in families that takes them into health and legacy restored, and I have also seen glory trains in heaven where people have arrived literally “into glory”.

As we arrived at the station I stood out and was so gobsmacked by what I saw. We were at a grand central station of sorts where there were literally THOUSANDS of criss-crossing train-lines and platforms covering miles in front of me. Even in the dream I knew this station was the “Station of transition” where many were arriving from one season and to embark on the journey into another. I opened up my manifest to see what God was asking me to do and I saw the names of three children that were arriving from the Bulgarian train line and our mission was to take take them safely to their next destination/home.

I walked to the Bulgarian train line and soon after the train arrived and hundreds of school children and orphans rushed out. I easily found the first two orphans - an 8 year old boy and 12 year old boy, but the third was nowhere to be found. I looked down at my manifest and read her name and began yelling it out “PETRA, PETRA, WHERE ARE YOU?”. Suddenly a 14 year old girl turned around and said “yes that’s me, but do we have to go yet?”. She was very reluctant to leave with us and was holding onto another young girl who seemed like she was a bad influence on her. After a little while of waiting she eventually came with us.

What is God saying?:

  • Let me highlight the elements for a moment: So we know that the station is transition and the glory train is promise. 
  • The name Petra means “Rock, or stone” in Greek and like the name of the disciple Peter. Jesus said something prophetically in Matthew 16 when He says to Peter “You are petros (a small wobbly and easily movable stone), but on that petra (the unmovable faith that is from God) I'm going to build my church. So Petra in this dream represents us, the church(The ecclesia)
  • The three orphans represent the FULLNESS of time for the church( A very common theme right now) Just as Jesus died and rose again 3 days later. It speaks of revival, rebirth, and resurrection.
  • The interesting element was that the children were “Bulgarian”, and I felt this dream was metaphorical, not literal. The word “Bulgaria” means to “shake, and stir” and comes from the word “bulgak” which means revolt, disorder, and to disturb” I asked the Lord why this was significant and He told me that the church in this transition has been in an intense shaking and He has been using all of the disturbances and disorder the enemy has been trying to incite against us to STIR us up and remind us of our IDENTITY and DESTINY! We aren’t orphans and under the yoke of bondage anymore!
  • The children’s ages are also significant in this dream: 8 is the number of new beginnings, 12 is the number of Governmental perfection, authority, and the overthrowing of oppressive powers, and 14 is the number of deliverance and the release from slavery. 
  • In this dream the church was RELUCTANT to go where God was calling them to go and I believe this is a key part of the dream and warning that we have to LET GO of the old thing, the comforts, the old wineskin, the old patterns, and ways because it simply won't be able to take us where we need to go.

“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit” 2 Corinthians 3:18

“The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,' says the LORD Almighty. 'And in this place, I will grant peace,' declares the LORD Almighty” Haggai 2:9

KEYS TO TAKE AWAY

  • God is doing major work in your heart and life right now, refueling you for what is to come, and there is a timing to that but REST in the process, don’t try to rush it but let Him finish what He started.
  • God is tying up loose ends and finalizing cycles.
  • God is teaching you a new way to navigate unknown seasons and warfare so it doesn’t deplete you like it has.
  • God is giving you renewed passion and vision, so you will feel like brand new as you step into the increase.
  • God is exposing the areas of your life that the enemy has been trying to rob you in. The fire feels hot but let him work on your foundations so you can build tall and strong.
  • God is renewing fresh intimacy with you. It’s going to feel like a new friendship with Him. Where the enemy has warred at you entering the secret place is going to feel a new lease of hunger for His presence.
  • God is taking you from GLORY TO GLORY! The transition has been rough but LOOK WHERE YOU ARE GOING! Don’t hold back! 
  • God is freeing you, delivering you, and bringing you to your place of PROMISE!

WHEN THE OLD WINE RUNS OUT..

I have a word for those who feel like they have come to the end of themselves. The end of direction. The end of their past blueprints and vision. The end of revelation and insight. The end of an old assignment. Maybe even community.. It’s like the wedding at Cana when the wine ran out. The barrels are empty. You feel empty. “God where from here?” “Jesus bring new wine out of me!” But there’s a silence. Almost a sense of being completely alone and even abandoned. It’s the scary place of being in between what was and what is to come. You know the new wine is coming. You know it because you know that’s what God does. But right now, it doesn’t feel like anything is on the horizon and it feels like everything is falling apart. Warfare has increased. Robbery has increased. And with a lack of vision and clarity and direction you feel like you are just “existing” or floating. WAITING for the next step or instruction. Yes, the old wine has ran out. You can’t drive that car anymore. You can’t wear those shoes anymore. You can’t hold onto that tattered jacket anymore. The old won’t sustain you for another day and you can’t bring it with you into tomorrow. Then comes the discontent. “Is this bitterness? “Lord is my heart sick? Am I in rebellion?” “Or is this you leading me somewhere new?” You are looking at the empty wine pots of your life and just feel strangely “used” Burned out. Flat. Exhausted. Old manna rotting on the ground. Trying to reconcile what you gave your life for that has seemingly only led you to this “nothingness” Yes, you ran out with the wine. You died with the last drops. You had to, so He could now do what you couldn’t do. And so he could lead you into a new chapter you would never step into still carrying the old. It’s Jesus in gethsemane crying tears of blood, like they were the last drops of the old way of life. Old mindsets. Old covenants. Dysfunctions. Pain. Trauma. Addictions. Lack. Rejection. Fear. Torment. Knowing He was going to the cross so that the real new wine could be poured out upon the generations to come and break the bondage of the past. Knowing you right now would need a promise and a signpost of Gods goodness when you were experiencing your own “lost” and unknown season. And this resurrection weekend, I know this is a prophetic reminder for those still in a “death” to the old season. SUNDAY IS COMING! I know the second day is painful and confusing. But resurrection is coming. But not the old you. The weighed down you. The new you. The new wine. The new manna. I know you feel like everything has died but on the third day the tomb was found empty! Yes empty is not the sign of death, but of new life coming!!! So today can I invite you with me to give Jesus our last drops of the old? Let’s give him this moment of “in between” Let’s give him our fears, expectations, worries, and mindsets from our last chapter and ask Him for the new wine to start flowing in our lives. The new wine - the blood of Jesus that SPEAKS a better word. That breaks and annuls bad contracts and soul ties and shuts demonic doors. Yes the blood that overrides all! And I prophesy that you will shift from trying to figure this out in your own strength to seeing the new wine break through for you in Jesus name! This weekend Christy and I are taking communion over every one of you and praying for the blood of Jesus over you and your families! Join us! "and to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel" Hebrews 12:24
