Don't Fear The Tension Of Destiny, You Are At The Tipping Point, Push!!

For the past few weeks I have felt an uneasy tension I haven't been able to articulate until last night when I had a simple dream that I believe reveals what I have been sensing. In addition to what I have been sensing I have been having frequent warfare dreams and the feeling like I was pressing into something.

In this dream I was standing on a mountain peak holding on to a large rope trying to pull it over the other side of the mountain with me. On the other side of the rope were many people trying to pull me back down the mountain from where I came. Their voices were so loud and yet I couldn't stop staring at the sunrise rising over the horizon that was pouring light over the new land I was about to move into.

The next morning the Lord told me that the dream was a prophetic picture of where many were at right now, so I want to break down the meaning as I believe it may help you understand what you have been walking through and possibly sensing yourself.

Silence The Assassins

The lord showed me that the people on the other side of the rope were assassins sent to pull you back. They have one purpose, to distract, sabotage, and weaken you as you move ahead. They have many names but can be old ways and habits of the past, shame and condemnation, resurfacing and undealt with trauma, voices of doubt and fear, rejection and old wounds, and past disappointments and failures.(I must clarify that they were not physical people, but represented old issues and areas that affect the soul)

These assassins increase in volume just as you reach a new height, enter a new favor, or experience breakthrough or upgrade in any way. Their chatter and voices attempt to drown out the voice of the Lord and weaken your grip, but this is not a time to be distracted. Keep your eyes ahead, keep your grip on your promises tight, and allow the Holy Spirit access to sever any access these assassins have to your heart.

You Are At The Tipping Point

In the dream I was standing on the peak of a mountain like I had conquered it and was about to walk down the other side into something fresh and new. It was clear the huge mountain I once faced and was an obstacle was now under my feet and I was moving forward into new territory.

Nothing you have gone through, the opposition and endless battles have been in vain because under your feet is the top of that once intimidating obstruction. You may just not realise it yet.

I heard the Lord say "you are at the tipping point", which is the point where it all changes. Imagine a rollercoaster climbing up a steep inclined track getting ready to plummet down the other side, but before it does it sits for a moment at a tipping point where the weight is equally balanced between its back to its front from where it is then able to roll forward.

That's where many are right now, in a place called "the tension of destiny" where more than ever before we need to be pushing forward and not allowing the destiny assassins to pull you backwards in doubt and disbelief.

I feel the urgency on this particularly as we are at the end of the 6th month of 2019 that as we are in the "tipping point" of the year so to speak that it's crucial we press into heaven and see Gods intentions come to pass, and not be robbed from us. You will begin to see the dreams of your heart pick up speed and momentum over the next few months as you push push push and don't give the enemy an inch.

What you have been carrying is about to be birthed and it will all be worth it!

New Territory Is Before You

God began to speak to me about the significance of the rope in the dream as being a symbol of advancement and extending of your borders. In Isaiah 54:2 it says;

"Enlarge the place of your tent; Stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, spare not; Lengthen your cords And strengthen your pegs"

Lengthen your cords! God is adding to you, increasing you, and opening up new territory for you to possess!

Stay Where The Air Is Clear

The strategy this season is in your altitude. Stay high above the issues of life and don't resort to running down into the trenches to do things in your own strength. Stay in the secret place where the air is clear, and all you can hear is the sweet sound of the Fathers voice cheering you on.

I pray a renewed strength, joy, and excitement over those this dream was speaking to. I pray that you would shake off the lies of the distracting voices, keep your eyes on the prize and move into the place promised you in Jesus name!

WHEN THE OLD WINE RUNS OUT..

I have a word for those who feel like they have come to the end of themselves. The end of direction. The end of their past blueprints and vision. The end of revelation and insight. The end of an old assignment. Maybe even community.. It’s like the wedding at Cana when the wine ran out. The barrels are empty. You feel empty. “God where from here?” “Jesus bring new wine out of me!” But there’s a silence. Almost a sense of being completely alone and even abandoned. It’s the scary place of being in between what was and what is to come. You know the new wine is coming. You know it because you know that’s what God does. But right now, it doesn’t feel like anything is on the horizon and it feels like everything is falling apart. Warfare has increased. Robbery has increased. And with a lack of vision and clarity and direction you feel like you are just “existing” or floating. WAITING for the next step or instruction. Yes, the old wine has ran out. You can’t drive that car anymore. You can’t wear those shoes anymore. You can’t hold onto that tattered jacket anymore. The old won’t sustain you for another day and you can’t bring it with you into tomorrow. Then comes the discontent. “Is this bitterness? “Lord is my heart sick? Am I in rebellion?” “Or is this you leading me somewhere new?” You are looking at the empty wine pots of your life and just feel strangely “used” Burned out. Flat. Exhausted. Old manna rotting on the ground. Trying to reconcile what you gave your life for that has seemingly only led you to this “nothingness” Yes, you ran out with the wine. You died with the last drops. You had to, so He could now do what you couldn’t do. And so he could lead you into a new chapter you would never step into still carrying the old. It’s Jesus in gethsemane crying tears of blood, like they were the last drops of the old way of life. Old mindsets. Old covenants. Dysfunctions. Pain. Trauma. Addictions. Lack. Rejection. Fear. Torment. Knowing He was going to the cross so that the real new wine could be poured out upon the generations to come and break the bondage of the past. Knowing you right now would need a promise and a signpost of Gods goodness when you were experiencing your own “lost” and unknown season. And this resurrection weekend, I know this is a prophetic reminder for those still in a “death” to the old season. SUNDAY IS COMING! I know the second day is painful and confusing. But resurrection is coming. But not the old you. The weighed down you. The new you. The new wine. The new manna. I know you feel like everything has died but on the third day the tomb was found empty! Yes empty is not the sign of death, but of new life coming!!! So today can I invite you with me to give Jesus our last drops of the old? Let’s give him this moment of “in between” Let’s give him our fears, expectations, worries, and mindsets from our last chapter and ask Him for the new wine to start flowing in our lives. The new wine - the blood of Jesus that SPEAKS a better word. That breaks and annuls bad contracts and soul ties and shuts demonic doors. Yes the blood that overrides all! And I prophesy that you will shift from trying to figure this out in your own strength to seeing the new wine break through for you in Jesus name! This weekend Christy and I are taking communion over every one of you and praying for the blood of Jesus over you and your families! Join us! "and to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel" Hebrews 12:24
