I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “Pioneers, it is time to recover from depletion and be whole in soul!”
You have labored faithfully, but many have continued to pull the cart instead of the horse (The strength of the Holy Spirit).
But in this season, many of you have continued to dance on the brink of burnout.
You have been digging deeper into exhaustion, while the call of 2024 was to enter rest.
You’ve tried to push through, thinking you could will your way forward. But the Lord is reminding us all again right now, “Go up the mountain. Ascend the hill of the Lord and find My rest again.” (Psalm 24)
Instead of laying down your heavy burdens, you’ve picked up more.
Instead of surrendering at the altar, you’ve been striving from a state of brokenness.
But I hear the Father’s heart crying out over you, “Recover!” You are not called to burn out in this season—you are called to prosper in your soul.
THE CALL TO REST & RECOVER
The Lord is giving you permission to stop, to lay down the weight of your assignments, and to focus on recovering your soul.
He says, “Your first calling is not to the work of ministry; it is to Me. Your first priority is not your assignment; it is to live for Jesus and to be whole.”
How can you save others or lead others if you are killing yourself in the process?
How does it benefit you—or the next generation—if you die early, physically or spiritually, or lose your faith under the weight of people’s expectations or trying to uphold your reputation?
The Lord says, “It’s time to get your strength back.”
The new assignment is awaiting you, but do not jump into it while running on empty.
It is not noble of you to sacrifice your well-being for the sake of the ministry machine. Burn the golden calf and recover!
This is the time to prosper in your soul and to realign with the Father’s heart for you.
Many of you have been barely functioning, surviving on old revelations, on past seasons of manna, but the Lord is inviting you to feast on the fresh Word of Heaven again.
You’ve been trying to hold it all together on limited or expired intel, but I hear the Lord say, “It’s time to thrive, not just survive, and it’s time to step into a whole new understanding and revelation of who I am and who you are!”
Yes! It’s time to starve anxiety by finding your feet again in Jesus! Anxiety has drained you, but as you press into the presence again, you will find security again.
Some of you have lost your language. WE have lost our language! The battle has worn us down and caused us to lose the dialogue. But it’s coming back!
Under the weight of busyness and fatigue, you have seen it fall from your grip, but the Lord is saying, “It’s time to reignite the flame of intimacy with me!
And it’s time to prophesy from a fresh place. From peace! Not fear. Not pain. But CLARITY again! And it will just WHOOOOOSH out of you like a fresh spring of water in the desert.
Dealing with Soul Depletion and Health Issues
Many pioneers have not only experienced burnout but also physical health struggles that are tied to this deep soul depletion.
Chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional strain have manifested in various physical ailments, leaving many feeling weak in both body and spirit.
The connection between the soul and body is undeniable, and the Lord is addressing these underlying issues.
The Lord says, “I see the toll this journey has taken on your body. I see how exhaustion has made you vulnerable to illness and fatigue.
“But I am the restorer of your soul and your health. As you rest in Me, I will bring healing not only to your spirit but also to your body!”
This is not just a season of spiritual recovery but it is a time for physical renewal as well.
This depletion has often led to feelings of deep isolation and despair, with many believing they are alone in their struggles.
The Lord is calling you out of this isolation simultaneously with depletion where people burned you out and drove you further into hiddenness.
Many of you have believed the lie that your anointing is gone, that the battles and mental warfare you’ve faced have somehow stripped away the calling on your life.
But the Lord says the opposite is true. Your anointing has not faded—it has only increased in this season of struggle and warfare.
But how can you wield a sword when your soul is murky? The battles you’ve been fighting are not to diminish you but to refine and sharpen you.
The Lord says, “I am increasing your anointing, even in the midst of the turmoil. I am refining your gifting and your calling. But to operate in the fullness of this anointing, your soul must be clear, your heart at peace”
“Come to Me, and let Me clear the murkiness. Let Me bring clarity and rest so that you can wield your sword with strength, precision, and power.”
Pioneers, you’ve been pouring out from an empty cup, and the Lord says, “This must change.” He wants you to pour out from the overflow of His presence, from a place of wholeness, not depletion.
How? Sit at His feet, pause, and make that your food and sustenance. Lay down the pressure of the masses and the constant noise of the world. Fill your cup first.
Then fill up the cups that are nearest to you before you can pour into others.” Family is your first ministry. Let healing and restoration flow through your home before you step out to the nations.
The Lord is calling you to recover your soul so that you can fully step into the new assignments He has for you.
Do not rush ahead, do not strive—wait on the Lord and let Him restore you. The next phase of your calling will not be accomplished through your own strength, but through His Spirit flowing through you.
The Lord says, “Pioneers, stop and recover. You have permission to rest. You have permission to heal. You have permission to refuel for the journey ahead.”
The harvest is plentiful, but you must prosper in your soul to carry the weight of the coming outpouring.
This is not the time to push ahead without strength. Go up the mountain, find rest, and prosper in the presence of the Lord.
From this place of rest, you will build with ease, you will prophesy with clarity, and you will lead with strength.
“He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” (Psalm 23:3)
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2)
