Between now and the new year I believe Holy Spirit is doing a deep heart work and healing in many people who have been still carrying the wounds from this past year, the past era of transition and trials, and also their whole lives. I believe it will be a time of incredible deliverance and encounter if we posture ourselves in His presence in the next few weeks over trying to scramble to make things happen before the new year is out.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS?
It all began when God asked me this question recently and I didn’t really have a reply or at least a profound one, “Do you know what time it is?”. “The new era?” I said. Then God replied to me with this scripture;
“A time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak” Ecclesiastes 3:7
This scriptures prophetic meaning instantly unravelled before me highlighting some elements of the season we had come from and those of the season we were entering. We have indeed come from a time of tearing and undoing of the cycles and ways of the past but God is now saying it’s time to enter the mending, the building, and the manifestation of promises. We have indeed been in a time of silence, waiting, and hiddeness where God has been moving upon the deep place in us fo ready us for the new hour before us of SPEAKING, influence, favor, and IMPACT in the earth. So get ready because Holy Spirit is brooding over you
and is wanting to bring healing, justice, and resolve to many places of your life. In this word I want to share what God has been showing me and simply pray for those who identify with them.
DELIVERANCE OF SHELL-SHOCK SYNDROME
“They are in SHELL-SHOCK” I heard the Lord say three days ago. Shellshock was a word created in world world 2 to describe the type of posttraumatic stress disorder many soldiers were afflicted with as a reaction to the intensity of the bombardment and fighting that produced a helplessness, panic, inability to reason, sleep, walk or talk. In short it’s the TRAUMA, stress and fatigue of long seasons of combat.
Many have been shell-shocked and with it has come an inability to function in the way they used to, dream, pray, and even have hope expectation for anything ahead. So if you are finding yourself experiencing these symptoms of battle fatigue in any degree God wants to remove shock and damage done to you emotionally, mentally, as well as bring healing to your physical body too.
DELIVERANCE OF CRIPPLING DISSAPPOINTMENT.
On the night Reinhardt Bonnke passed into glory I had a dream of the great cloud of witnesses urging people to carry on the torch into the nations, the very torches they had carried in their lifetimes. I knew this dream was also about legacy and not wavering despite the myriad of setbacks people had faced. Then this scripture came to mind;
“As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us” Hebrews 12:1
God was just further reiterating that not only was He healing many right now but also revealing the why. We have a magnificent race set before us and a legacy to write for those to come. The enemy has trying to thwart and rob us in this season by derailing many from their purpose through deep wounds of disappointment. These wounds have been so deep for many that it has been difficult to imagine life beyond it, in fact many are in a place of looking back over the year saying “This is not what I imagined the year would be. These promises doesn’t come to past” and falling in a heap hopeless, defeated, and bitter.
BREAKING BITTERNESS & STEPPING INTO THE NEW CLOTHES OF A NEW ERA
As I’m writing this I keep seeing the word “poisoned” because the enemy has been trying to poison and embitter people to Gods purpose and plans, His promises, and prophetic words. There has been a recent assignment of disbelief sent to poison the church from partnering with God for what the word of God says and the prophetic words over their life say, but right now Holy Spirit is exposing the source of the lies and removing the poison that has been infiltrating many, pitting them against the truth of what is about to be revealed.
I had a dream last night where I was in some kind of ground zero scene where chemical warfare had taken place and many were covered in this thick black slimy substance. Many were running around screaming unable to get the slime from them and it was on me too. Then someone in the street pulled me into a door of a building and said to me “the old clothes must come off!” I felt vulnerable and then was naked but I knew it was the only way to remove it. Then straight away I looked and saw I was wearing new clean clothes.
This dream represents the new clothes of a new season God wants us to step into and wear but many are still walking around slimed and feeling contaminated by the season and seasons they have walked through. Yes it requires being vulnerable to the Lord and letting go of the old clothes and ways but as God clothes you with it will come a fresh passion, freshness, purity, and strength you didn’t have before!
DELIVERANCE OF LONG TERM TRAUMA & CHILD WOUNDS
Jesus did a miraculous work in setting me free of some very deep wounds from my childhood that looked impossible to remove. They had become monuments in my life affecting my identity, relationships, and destiny to the point that I was like a walking leper unable to ever enter into or experience the new life Jesus wanted me to have.
I had a dream last night that I was a young child living in western slum and having to constantly run and hide from people including neighbours and parents just to stay safe and protected. The environment was so chaotic and dysfunctional that it took me a while to stop crying after waking from this dream. I felt the pain of this child so deeply and the lonesome journey of basically missing out on a childhood, a supportive family, and the fundamentals of a healthy upbringing. I knew this child represented those who have lived horrific memories back to their childhood and God is dealing with many of them once and for all.
As someone who carried memories and trauma for a very long time let me say that JESUS is the only one who can heal these types of wounds and the only one who can bring healing to trauma and memories from long ago. “Where in the scriptures is that?” you may ask. Read this following passage of scripture below as medicine and invite Holy Spirit to come into every bad and traumatic memory of your childhood or life that has been a place you have been unable to move on from.
“Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s” Psalm 103:1-5
As I am writing this I am feeling the power and presence of God working already to set people free. Holy Spirit I ask that you would bring COMPLETE healing and freedom to every person reading this in Jesus name.
GOD SAYS OVER YOU “THE STRINGS HAVE BEEN CUT!”
I have never seen a season where God has been so swiftly dealing with controlling spirits and agendas that have been keeping people bound. Initially this manifested through the exposure of unhealthy and unequally yoked relationships and alignments but has also been revealed at higher levels to assassinate the prophetic call to a generation commissioned to be mighty voices in the earth. If you have experienced this you know how limiting it can be, like trying to be a firework under a lead bucket. These spiritual agendas want to stifle and squash the prophetic calling down to weak and diluted versions of its former self, own and manipulate people for it’s own cause or gain, and ultimately keep people bound who are meant to be the deliverers of a world that is bound!
“The strings have been cut!” I heard the Lord say recently, and I believe we are about to see such a huge exodus of people who have grown up under this narcissistic agenda suddenly come into freedom and FULLNESS! Declare today “Devil those strings have been cut, I’m not longer under your agenda!”
REMOVING THE ARROWS OUT OF YOUR BACK
The last area of deliverance and healing I want to highlight (although God shared many more) is a critical one especially because this one alone unless dealt with with keep you crippled coming into 2020 and God doesn’t want that for you.
I saw a vision of arrows in people’s backs like I have seen many times before praying for people but I knew this was specific to those who have had been wounded by people in this season of transition. These arrows were the words and judgments, the slander and accusation, the competition, jealousy, and divisive chaos sent by insecure and wounded people that have inflicted wounds on you and others. These arrows were the deep betrayal and relationship breakdowns many didn’t expect in this season. Imagine trying to fight your way forward and looked over to see your brother or sister who is meant to be on your side shooting you down.
Right now God is removing every arrow an wound because these wounds go down deeper than most because they are the ones you didn’t expect. They are the wounds that the enemy likes us to keep open so that they affect everything we say, everything we do, and cause us to live skeptical of people and live life like a closed book. Let God heal those wounds right now and take out every arrow. It almost took you out but now it’s time to move on and open your heart again as God brings you the right people to run with.
MARKER ENCOUNTERS CROSSING INTO THE NEW YEAR
The greatest tragedy of wounds and pain is that it can rob the intimacy and connection with God that we are designed for. In a dream last week a general in the kingdom handed me a pack of multi coloured sharpie markers and said “Get ready, this is going to change your life!”
When I woke up the core message of this dream bubbled up from my spirit. God has MARKER encounters coming to us in the next while that will bring healing and restoration, BUT they will also be encounters that mark us for life and LAUNCH us out in the New Year.
So whatever you have been facing, whatever demonic forces have been trying to keep you bound, whatever deep wound and trauma you have been carrying, whatever betrayal you have been trying to be free from, past memories and sting, and disappointment or bitterness you have been dealing with, the blood of Jesus speaks a better word over you today and it’s time to come into 100% freedom so you are clutter free and whole stepping into 2020.
