CRITICAL ADVICE FOR NEW PIONEERING VOICES

CRITICAL ADVICE FOR NEW PIONEERING VOICES

CRITICAL ADVICE FOR NEW PIONEERING VOICES

Do you believe you are a pioneering voice?

I would never have called myself "a voice" back in the day. I still don't like titles or any form of label because I've spent so many years getting used to just being "a son" that they make me feel like I'm polishing myself up better than I am.

But I've had to accept that I am a voice in order to deliver this to other voices out there who, maybe, like me, have never fit a particular box or popular preference.

At the very least, I pray your takeaway from this letter is accepting that regardless of your doubts and insecurities or what others have said about you - you can't deny that you know in your spirit that you are called to be a voice, too.

Not the kind of voice you see tickling the ears of the masses with their perfectly articulated verbiage and emotional tones that draw you in.

Not the kind of voice that makes you feel tucked in for a bedtime story, tenderly and slowly appealing to your soul but they are trying to buy you into their narrative.

Not the kind of voice that can speak to your comforts and sell you a story of false hope and aspiration.

No, you aren't the Ted talk type. You aren't trying to massage the intellect of a generation.

You are the voice crying out in the wilderness, "Prepare ye the way of the Lord!"

Just like John the Baptist, you are a bit of an oddball. Maybe your calling and passion have branded you as socially awkward and strange because it bursts out of you involuntarily.

But no, you aren't strange; you are just wired authentically.

You don't have the filter they do. You don't have an assistant screening your words before you speak them or cutting out what could offend.

You aren't politically correct. Not that you want to upset anyone, but your spirit connects to your mouth in a way that isn't acceptable in the world of proper - aristocratic prophetic ministry.

Am I speaking to you?

I don't tick all those boxes either and never have.

BREAKING IT DOWN

So, how do you survive in a hyper-critical world where people constantly judge you, judging what you said and what you didn't say and assuming they know your heart?

How do you begin to steward your voice and maintain being a voice without being cut down and thrown out in the trash in your first week?

How do you stay true to what God is telling you to speak without compromising, cutting yourself down to fit, or suppressing yourself to walk the road of least resistance?

How do you be a wild voice in this time of history?

How do you last the distance?

Here are a few practical things God has taught me over the years that will hopefully help you keep being the unique "You" in this hour;

YOU HAVE ONE ASSIGNMENT.

John's assignment was simple. He cleared the way for Jesus. If you don't know your message or assignment, ask God for clarity and begin. Too many voices get stuck in the hesitation stage when they just need to begin. Don't take on too many functions. Just speak what He gives you and let Him do the rest.

START WITH WHAT YOU GOT.

The other thing that stops voices from consistently speaking is feeling like they don't have what it takes. "I don't know how to get out the words right. I don't know how to say it like them. Don't let your lack of skillset stop you from obeying God. He will always increase your gifts as you step out. This leads me to the next one.

YOU ARE A ONE OF A KIND.

You have to quit comparing yourself to others on social media. I've done it and it's sabotage to your authentic flavor and message. Your anointing is greatest where you are true to how God designed you even if it is strange or unique. Trust the way God wired you and refuse to become like everyone else to be liked or to get followers. Just be you and entrust that to God.

LET GOD GET YOUR MESSAGE OUT.

Stewarding a voice effectively does mean not hiding it, but it doesn't fall into the trap of thinking you need to be a marketer. Let God get your message out. You don't have to pay for ads or try network or rub shoulders to get your message out. Just be faithful in releasing it, and He will surprise you with where He takes it. I have seen far too many people pay and hustle their way into notoriety God didn't endorse, and it's a hard job to keep up the doors you push down.

GET OVER YOURSELF.

Being a voice is not about you nor is it attached to your reputation. Of course, people don't see it that way, but you have to learn to see it as God's voice through you. When you do that it helps you speak what He gives you with greater confidence because it's NOT YOU. So be HIS VOICE in the earth knowing He backs you.

LIVE IN THE SECRET PLACE.

Far too many emerging voices start off right. Their message erupts from their wilderness season and soon gains traction but instead of maintaining their lifestyle of intimacy they begin to shift into a lifestyle of being around other prophets instead and leaders instead of staying in the posture that launched them. Stay in the secret place so you don't run dry and burn out.

HUNGER FOR FRESH MANNA.

While there is nothing wrong with keeping your message consistent, I do believe God wants us to build upon what we receive. Encounters and visitation lead us lot deeper revelation of what we received earlier. Like another layer of insight and anointing, fresh manna will keep you fresh and your oil burning. Don't be satisfied with the old and don't rely on old encounters til you run out of juice. Lean in for the fresh.

KEEP YOUR VOICE HONEST & PURE.

People ask me, "How much of the revelation you receive from God do you release?" I would say 5 percent. Revelation is sacred and birthed out of intimacy. To share everything would be violating my relationship with God - or PROSTITUTING the gift. You keep your voice honest and pure by increasing in your ability to discern what is for the masses and what is for your history.

TRADE IN THE ORPHAN SPIRIT.

I used to operate in a significant orphan spirit in my teens and early twenties, and it skewed my thinking. It made it impossible for me to work with others and be a voice for the Lord because everything He gave me was filtered through my Identity dysfunction. Many emerging voices wrestle with this, and it leads them into a parallel universe of the calling God has for them. It's a thief and robber. It will cause you to post for likes and share words for affirmation. It will cause you to compete and grab for moments in the spotlight. Pioneers, you need to be Fathered into a healthy identity. Seek this more than being heard. Seek this more than releasing your sound so that when you do, it will be pure and powerful to those who hear it.

DON'T CAST YOUR PEARLS.

A big lesson I wish I learned early on is that only some are for you and your mission. In fact, many only want to get close to you so that they can steal from the fresh flow coming out of you! I remember being so excited when God started speaking through me that I wanted to tell everyone my deepest thoughts and weightiest revelations. I wanted to share all my dreams, now words fresh off the printing press of heaven, and projects and ideas. What happened? People stole them, used them, and trampled over them. Which leads me to…

KNOW YOUR COMPANY.

Do you know who labors amongst you? Do you know their heart and motives? I don't need to elaborate on this one. I have almost thrown in the towel from not paying attention to the red flags which led me into multiple betrayals, slander seasons, and hijacks of my calling. If there is something to pray and fast on it's to know who your close circle and company are meant to be and who they aren't.

ALIGNMENTS ARE CONTRACTS.

Recently, I had a few amazing groups contact me, wanting to lock arms and run together. The sentiment is humbling, and I know their hearts were probably pure in their desire to run with us, but I have learned over the years that alignments are contracts. I have entered into covenants and alignments God never asked me to, and it's always shutting down my voice for long periods of time or diluting it. Supporting other movements is kingdom, but before you give your word or vow about anything deeper, take it into a season of prayer and fasting.

Now for the ones you really need to hear;

A SAUL WILL ALWAYS BE WAITING…

When you begin stepping out as a voice I guarantee you that this will happen - a Saul will present themselves. Who is this Saul? A person normally a leader or more seasoned voice that sees what is on your life and either doesn't want you to exceed their level of success or a person who wants to use you to prop up their waning ministry. It happens like clockwork, and it's a deadly trap of flattery and ego-stroking to those new to the game. And when you have been a Lone Ranger for so long, you tend to see this sudden interest as favor and hand over the keys to them all too quickly. Please beware! Protect and guard your anointing. Don't appoint people who you don't know or God has not clearly spoken to you about.

LONE RANGER SEASONS DON'T MAKE YOU ILLEGITIMATE.

Not long ago, I had a well-known pastor drag someone under the bus in front of me. He said these pastors were illegitimate because they had no cover from a major church or network. As he spoke, I saw into his heart the gaping fear of losing territory. He didn't like the favor they were getting and had to use the only card he had - to discredit this emerging ministry in a need to further validate his own. Let me say this clearly - God ordains Lone Ranger seasons. He uses them to purify and heal us before he launches us in a public way. Don't see them as a bad thing like many do. Covering has become an idol and way of bullying those who are carrying unique messages that the stickup clergy would never approve of in the religious club. If you are Lone Ranger, know that it's a season God has you in, but keep your heart ready for God to bring you to the right people at the right time instead of the wrong people just to appease their need for you to be legit.

DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE PROPHETIC POLICE.

Another trap many fall into is listening to the prophetic police. I have spent so many years trying to breathe life and courage back into voices who have been through so much wounding from the mainstream, only to see the rise of pharisaical spirit coming from leaders who should know better. They write posts essentially telling the emerging voices to shut up because they don't know what they are doing. Does a child learn to walk in a day? Did you ride your bike perfectly the first time you rode it? Did the disciples become seasoned overnight? Please disregard the condemnation of these voices who should be stepping into their shoes as fathers/mothers but have failed to do so and have deviated from their calling. No matter what they say, be a voice anyway, and let the Father's words over you be the only voice you hear.

YOU WILL ENCOUNTER JEZEBEL.

I don't want to beat around the bush. You will hit warfare. Regularly. You will have days that are funky and swirly and feel like you are wading through a thick marshland of confusion. Yes, you will face witchcraft, chatter, and chins wagging to pull you down. But the greatest attack will come from the Jezebel spirit. She hates your voice and will try to discredit you and make you feel stupid for speaking at all. She will make you wanna run and give up. And she will send her loyal assassins in to do her bidding. Just like the enemy will position a Saul to bring you into false covenant, she will send one of her representatives in to try to be your best friend and cheer squad but will be positioned there to steal your voice. Don't fall for her traps!

YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO BREAK NEW GROUND.

You weren't given your calling to maintain your post but to extend the borders of the kingdom with it. One of the greatest traps many voices fall into is playing it safe and trying to uphold an image or reputation. Like I said earlier, this isn't about you. You are a dead man. Christ Jesus now lives in you. Please don't play it safe. Be bold. Break new ground. You have been given permission to carve new paths and write new language for the hour. You have been given permission to confront the oil and unveil the new, blow away the dross of the past era, and lead the church into something fresh.

This is who you are.

There are three key assignments at work trying to drain your strength in this season. Recognize them and resist them. The first is a shift in anointing and assignment. We’ve entered a new season where the grace, oil, and unction on your life have moved. What worked before no longer carries the same power, and trying to operate in past mantles or rushing into things prematurely will leave you feeling frustrated, depleted, and under unnecessary warfare. When God’s anointing isn’t on something, it drains you instead of refreshing you. Constant frustration, irritation, and exhaustion are signs that you’re out of alignment. Instead of rushing into action, take time to sit with God and discern what He’s doing now. There is a new mantle, a new message, and a new assignment resting on you. Pour your energy into discovering it in His presence. When you wait on His clarity, you’ll stop operating in trial and error and begin to walk with precision. This is not the time for hurried decisions. The enemy is manufacturing false urgency to pressure you into creating something from the flesh, not the Spirit. But God is never in a rush. If peace isn’t present, neither is His hand. Don’t move until there is clarity. Don’t be seduced into birthing an Ishmael. Wait on the Lord. The second assignment is the attack of familiar voices. As you step into something new, the enemy often uses familiar people and old soul ties to try to gain access. These voices may come under the guise of concern or reconnection, but in reality, they are distractions. They pull at your time, energy, and focus, trying to insert themselves into what God is building in your life. This is the same spirit that came after Nehemiah through Sanballat. Sanballat didn’t want to reconnect; he wanted to tear down what was being built. Nehemiah responded with, “I am doing a great work and I cannot come down.” That must be your posture. The enemy is sending familiar spirits to break your focus and bait you into battles that aren’t yours. Not every voice from the past deserves a response. If you entertain the wrong conversations, you’ll lose momentum in your assignment. Guard your access points. Recognize the manipulation in disguise and don’t mistake surveillance for support. The third assignment is overload. The enemy wants to drain you by keeping you busy, overcommitted, and scattered. This includes saying yes to things outside your grace, getting caught in unnecessary drama, and pursuing good ideas instead of God’s instruction. We live in a world of nonstop information, social media, texts, videos, podcasts, and endless voices. Even spiritual content can become noise when consumed without discernment. This overexposure leads to confusion, decision fatigue, and spiritual numbness. If you don’t slow down and guard yourself, you’ll move out of intimacy with God. The enemy sends wild goose chases, gossip, and spiritual distractions to keep you exhausted and off-track. Guard your mental space right now. Protect your mind and what you feed on. Ask yourself, “What am I consuming that’s clouding my discernment?” If you’re feeling constantly tired, irritated, or foggy, it’s time to unplug and get still. The enemy knows that if he can slowly rob your peace, you’ll make a mistake. So, how do you avoid being drained by these assignments? Stay grounded in the secret place. Make time with God a daily priority. Wait for clarity before you move, and don’t let pressure push you. Discern God’s voice above the noise and set boundaries without apology. Protect your energy from old soul ties and manipulative conversations. Unplug. Stay focused on your assignment and don’t abandon your post for unnecessary battles. Learn to rest without guilt. Test every connection and make sure it brings peace, not confusion. If something pulls you away from clarity, it’s not from Him. And know you’re not crazy. Your job is to pause, discern, protect your oil, and stay aligned. He will take care of the rest.

Ok, this is a word for those who have been dealing with years of narcissistic robbery.. One of the most pervasive demonic assignments I’ve ever witnessed in my own life and in the lives of many believers is the Jezebelic assignment. It’s been normalized across the body of Christ and in the world, often labeled as narcissism or seen only as a psychological disorder, rather than a spiritually rooted one. Because of this, people don’t know how to discern it, confront it, or evict it. It has become more than a spiritual stronghold. It’s become a culture. A way of living, responding, and relating that is deeply destructive. I grew up in this environment, and I would say 90% of the body of Christ has, too. Culture enforces it. Our world, in many ways, is systemically narcissistic. It has caused deep bondage and emotional wounds, even manifesting as mental and physical illness over time. Last week, as I was sharing prophetic words, going live, and praying over people, we saw many healings break out, especially last Thursday night on our Vision Live. I’m still in awe of what God did. But as I was praying and asking the Lord how He wanted me to address the Jezebelic element, I had a dream. In the dream, I saw a garden that looked completely dead. Roses that had once bloomed were now black, shriveled, and decayed. The whole garden was poisoned. In the middle of it was a deep pit, and out of that pit grew a short, ugly tree. Its roots spread underneath the entire garden. It reminded me of The Secret Garden, a movie I loved as a child. I knew immediately that the dream was from the Lord. He was showing me how the Jezebelic spirit has poisoned the gardens of many believers. It’s been at the center of our spiritual lives, hidden beneath the surface. We’ve tried to tend the garden around it, but we’ve never dealt with the root. Last week, I spoke about catching the foxes from Song of Songs. We manage our pain around this spirit, but now God is saying: Enough is enough. I’m pulling it out. As I continued to pray, the Lord brought me to the story of Naboth’s vineyard in 1 Kings 21. In this passage, Jezebel conspired to steal Naboth’s inheritance so she could give it to Ahab. But Naboth refused to sell. His name in Hebrew means “fruits” or “produce” and is closely tied to the idea of prophetic fruitfulness, legacy, and inheritance. In one translation, it represents “prophecies and words” Naboth’s vineyard is symbolic of the prophetic call, the anointing, the promises, and the inheritance God has placed on your life. But the Jezebel spirit is a thief. It will lie, manipulate, gaslight, and even kill to rob you of that vineyard. Just like in my dream, it seeks to plant toxic roots in the very soil that was meant to bear fruit. It poisons what was meant to be pure. This is exactly what has happened to so many believers. You’ve been fighting invisible warfare against something that’s been spiritual all along. And every time you try to confront it, in churches, in relationships, in ministries, you get gaslit. You’re made to feel like the problem, when in fact, the spirit that’s been tolerated is the real issue. But the Lord is saying now: I am taking the root out. I am exposing it, and I am evicting it. That’s why it’s uncomfortable. That’s why everything feels like it’s coming to the surface. That’s why your mind has been under siege. Because a false foundation is being torn out, so a holy one can be laid. Then I heard the Lord say something that hit me deeply, and I believe it will hit your spirit too: “As I uproot this spirit from your life, you will not only be healed in your mind. You will be made whole in your body, your finances, your marriage, your family, and your destiny. I’m not just healing you, I’m reordering your life from beginning to end. I am restarting your prophetic timeline.” Let me say that again: God is restarting your prophetic timeline. Imagine that dead garden in your life, the one you thought was beyond recovery. Now imagine the root being pulled out, light returning, and life beginning to flourish again. That garden represents your prophetic call, your purpose, your destiny, and the words spoken over you. The things that felt delayed, blocked, or stuck will begin to move. Where there’s been no favor, favor will flow. Where doors were shut, doors will now open. You will reclaim your vineyard. God says, “I am reclaiming you. This is a Jubilee moment in your life. I am demanding repayment of the robbery of the Jezebel spirit. Everything stolen must be returned. Your inheritance, your health, your time, your voice, your clarity, your legacy, it’s all being reclaimed. I am giving you back the vineyard that was stolen.” Now let me pray: In the mighty name of Jesus, I command every Jezebelic assignment, every generational stronghold that has taken root in your life, to be uprooted now. Be broken from your heart, your calling, your destiny, and your mind. Be uprooted in Jesus’ name. I decree Jubilee over you. The Jezebel spirit is being overthrown. The vineyard is being reclaimed. Your prophetic garden is coming alive again. The delay is over. Cycles are breaking, and the play button has been hit. Your prophetic timeline starts again today. And finally, I release this charge to you. This moment will require courage. It will require boundaries. You will be called to confront some relationships, environments, and mentalities that have tolerated the spirit God is removing. It’s time to say, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, “ and walk in it. No more compromise. No more confusion. No more being stuck and your destiny on hold. Your vineyard is yours again in Jesus' name!

This July 4th, I want to prophesy a word of freedom over you, a word that rattles and shakes every demonic assignment trying to oppress you and cling to you, especially in a time where God is calling you to come fully alive again. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” 2 Corinthians 3:17 It’s time to be free. Fully free. Not half free. Not three-quarters free. But completely, radically, FREE! It’s no coincidence I’m sharing this on Independence Day, the day that commemorates the passage of the Declaration of Independence by Congress in 1776, announcing separation from Britain, because today, I have an announcement of my own. I declare and prophesy that from this moment forth, the real church will rise up and become independent from the spirit of religion and the kingdom of darkness that’s tried to keep her in bondage and the dark ages, when we are called to be a light in Jesus’ name! Now let me prophesy over you… I believe the enemy is losing ground right now. Those are the exact words I heard the Lord say earlier this year, and again just last week. “The enemy is losing ground!” And while for many it may not look this way, it’s already happening in your life, your family, your city, and even your nation. Most, if not all, of the warfare you’ve been facing isn’t some random occurrence. It’s been targeted. Why? Because God is bringing you into a delivery season. The war you’ve been experiencing is the effect of what God is doing to reclaim you, to set you up, to prepare you for what’s ahead while the enemy’s been doing everything he can to keep you caged. The enemy can see it. That’s why he’s been trying to decrease your borders, push you in from every side, and cause you to slowly retreat over time. But I believe we’re in a season where God is chasing out every single snake in your life not just from last year, or the last five years, but from many years past. He’s been dealing with every area of compromise, poison, sin, addiction, sabotaging mindsets, and the patterns that have robbed you over and over again. Many of us have cried out, “God, I don’t understand what is happening. I don’t understand why so much is coming against me. I don’t understand this warfare.” But it’s simple: The enemy doesn’t want you to step into fullness and wholeness. But God has sent a clear message to the enemy’s camp “He is mine. She is mine. BACK OFF!” Yes, God is reclaiming you and pushing back the darkness. But He’s also going one step further just like He did with Jabez. He is extending your borders. “Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, ‘Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.’ And God granted his request.” 1 Chronicles 4:10 Do you see what happened? Healing from pain and expansion! Bondage decreases you but freedom? It enlarges you. Yes, God is chasing out the snakes from your life right now. He’s dealing with the foxes. I believe the enemy is losing ground in physical spaces, emotional spaces, and spiritual spaces. He’s losing ground in your heart and mind, places where you didn’t know how to let go… where secret pain, wounds, trauma, depression, and bondage have long lingered. We are called to be the whole Church. But too many of us have been faking it just to make it. And now God is saying, How can you bring wholeness to the world if you don’t feel whole yourself? No more trying in your own strength. No more quick fixes that don’t deal with the roots. It’s time for REAL no hype freedom! So let me prophesy over you again - It’s time to take back ground. It’s time to chase out the foxes from the vineyard of your heart and life. (Song of Songs 2:15) It’s time to confront the things that have tormented and stalked you, because they are ending in this season. God is bringing you out of a chapter marked by struggle and survival. You are TAKING BACK GROUND in Jesus’ name!

I have a few prophetic words that I need to release over the next few days that are all different parts of the same prophetic word that is burning in my spirit right now. Now, if you have spent your life waging war against dysfunction and spiritual mess from your upbringing and family, yet still feel like there are blockages and wounded areas in your life, this word is going to really hit home. I want to start with a very personal encounter I had once with God. I was in a season where I was experiencing mental bombardment and some unresolved torment in my mind, and I began really seeking the Lord and asking Him what the root of this issue was in my life. The Lord had been speaking to me for weeks before this encounter, telling me I was about to cross a threshold, another level of freedom and healing. Not just for my own peace and freedom, but because of something I was stepping into in the kingdom that required me to have a greater capacity of freedom and to be whole, not hindered by the things that I was dealing with. And I believe that’s where many of us are right now. Things are coming to the surface. Pain. Mindsets. Your soul in anguish. These are all the signs of this.. So at the height of the torment, I cried out to the Lord, begging Him to set me free. I went to sleep then woke up a few hours later hearing the Lord say, “The Band-Aid’s coming off.” There in the dark of my room, the presence of God swept in like I hadn’t felt in a long time. It enveloped me. I knew instantly the Lord was about to do something, so I said, “Lord, speak to me. What are you doing?” He said, “I want to show you something that’s been hanging over you your whole life, but you’ve not known. And you’ve actually been fighting this particular area of freedom.” “Ouch. What is it, Lord?” The Lord began to speak to me about my childhood and my upbringing. He said, “You’ve dealt with your mother’s side and the healing there, but you’ve never dealt with your father’s side.” You see, my dad left when I was four. He committed adultery, had another family in another city, and he chose them over me. It’s true, I had walked through a lot of healing and freedom from the things connected to my mother’s side, but I never really paid attention to what my father had done and how it had affected me. Exodus 20:5 says “For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations” So what I was experiencing was because I hadn’t dealt with this? The fruit/effects of my father’s sin - pain, adultery, and divorce had been hanging over me my whole life. I had never walked in the same weaknesses as my dad, but yet it was still there as a wound and a stumbling block of sorts in the background. But that doesn’t make sense, right? Aren’t we new creations in Christ? “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 Yes, we are. But there was pain and unforgiveness and things there that were tethering me to this dysfunction, tethering me to the fruit of that disobedience. Instantly, I heard the Lord say, “The breaking of covenant brings a curse.” “Wow.” He took me to Genesis. The breaking of covenant in the garden brought a curse: “To Adam he said, ‘Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, “You must not eat from it,” cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life” Genesis 3:17 But then He led me to Hebrews 12:24; “To Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.” He said, “I need you to forgive, renounce, and submit this under the blood.” So I sat there in the dark that night, and I renounced anything that had been trying to carry over into my life: the spirit of rejection, the orphan spirit, the spirit of poverty and lack, and anything perverse that had also come from it. I gave it to the Lord. I covered it in the blood. And I stepped into a level of freedom that has so deeply impacted my life ever since. What am I trying to say? I’m trying to say that right now, we’re in moments, not just one, but major moments where God is bringing massive trajectory changes and shifts, as we lean into these opportunities for deliverance and healing. I’ll be really real and please don’t be offended but let me say this - most of the Church is in bondage. Most of the Church needs deliverance. Most of the Church is struggling with torment and mental illness and yet FEW are saying it and doing anything about it! Hence why I am sharing this with you today. This is one of the epidemics we face in the Body. We know how to walk in the gifts. We know how to do all the things, but we’ve shoved down our soul health, our spiritual health, for the sake of looking good on a Sunday. Marriages are falling apart. Lives are falling apart. What if, right now, God is getting us free and whole so we can be a stable and firm Church, a pure Bride so that we can actually be the healers in this next season? What if this is we the recession of the waves before the tsunami of Gods glory hits and ushers in the harvest? What would happen if we stepped out to be labourers for the harvest, but our foundations were faulty? We would crumble and fall. Do you see the importance of the hour that’s in front of us and why it’s here? A THRESHOLD MOMENT After this encounter, the Lord led me to the passage about Jacob. He was about to cross over the brook Jabbok and wrestle with the angel of the Lord and become Israel, but something else happened first. His brother Esau who he had deceived years earlier, was coming to meet him. Jacob had carried the burden and the pain of that situation his whole life and then, in a moment, God brought it to head before he crossed over. What if we’re in a moment right now where God is bringing generational deliverance to you and me? What if He’s clearing our names and putting the axe to the roots of things we didn’t even realize were trying to hang over us? These things shouldn’t be hanging over us. The blood of Jesus speaks a better word. But we’ve been resisting it. We want to be free but we also want to keep our pain. We want to be whole but we also want to keep our vendettas and our victimhood. We want to be free but we just don’t know how to step out of the habits and dysfunctions we grew up in. But those days are over. God is saying over you today that He wants to bring lasting and full wholeness and freedom to you. If this word resonated with you, I want you to ask the Lord to come and heal you. Ask Him to bring deliverance to those areas of your life, even as you’re reading this. Ask Him to show you the root. In fact, if you are feeling the Holy Spirit working right now, put on a worship track and sit in this for a moment and ask Him, “Show me what I need to uncovenant from.” Right now, God is exposing the roots and showing us what’s been wrong so we can get it fixed. Body of Christ, it’s time to step out of that mixture of covenants and be covenanted to Jesus for the days to come. Pray with me, “Jesus, you are the Lord and Saviour of my life, and right now I un-covenant with anything unholy. I un-covenant with the sins of my father and mother and generations before me. I uncovenant with pain, with victimhood, with witchcraft, divination, and anything in my past. And I covenant with you today. I step into a fresh relationship with you for the sake of me, my wife, my husband, my kids, and my family. I give you permission to guide and lead my life. I step out of the driver’s seat. Come and do what you want to do. Make me whole, in body, in mind, in spirit. In Jesus’ name! Now let me prophesy over you, it’s time to exit generational bondage and enter generational INHERITANCE in Jesus' name! Instead of bondage, you are entering freedom and being yoked only to Jesus. Instead of mental instability, you will have the mind of Christ! Instead of poverty and lack, you will walk in abundance and be a resource to build the Kingdom! Instead of failure and breakdown, you will flourish in everything you do and build healthily! Instead of spending your days battling demons oppressing your mind, you will set others free! The threshold is here! Get ready for part 2 coming in the next few days.
